Build Process

Material selection

3D-printed shell parts and electronic components, picking and matching each one.

Filling electronics

Mainboard, screen and LED strip positioned, ready for soldering.

Building frame

Body structure taking shape, confirming each part's position.

Soldering

Soldering screen, LED strip and wiring with the iron — the most patience-testing step. Joints must be solid, not cold.

Flashing firmware

Burning ESP32-S3 firmware and AI dialogue program, making the hardware "alive".

Assembly

Whole robot comes together — a proper WALL-E in front of you.

Power-on test

Screen lights up, AI ready. From a pile of parts to a talking robot.
